About Me
عضو في جمعية دبي للمهندسين ومعتمد من بلدية دبي، أمتلك خبرة تفوق 10 سنوات داخل الإمارات في مجالي المقاولات والاستشارات. خلال هذه الفترة، طورت قدرة متكاملة على حصر كميات المشاريع اعتمادًا على خبرة ميدانية حقيقية، وليس دراسة المستندات فقط.
خلال مسيرتي أنجزت أكثر من 300 مشروع في مختلف الإمارات في مجال إعداد جداول الكميات والتحضير للمناقصات، بدءًا من مشاريع الفلل السكنية الخاصة وصولًا إلى مشاريع الأبراج والمجمعات. هذه الخبرة بُنيت على الثقة الكبيرة التي وضعها عملائي فيّ لإدارة مشاريعهم، وهي ثقة أعتز بها وتبقيني منفتحًا دائمًا على أي تعاون جديد.
Member of Dubai Society of Engineers (SOE) and certified by Dubai Municipality, I bring over 10 years of experience in the UAE within the fields of construction and consultancy. During this time, I have developed a comprehensive ability to quantify project requirements based on real on-site experience, rather than solely relying on documentation.
Throughout my career, I have successfully completed over 300 projects across the UAE in quantity surveying and tender preparation, ranging from private residential villas to high-rise towers and large-scale complexes. This extensive experience has been built on the immense trust my clients have placed in me to manage their projects—a trust I deeply value and take pride in, keeping me consistently open to new collaborations.
